General Overview
SLA-Watch is about trying to help you respond effectively to the requirements
of the Service Level Agreements to which your organisation is bound. These
are often quite complex, yet SLA-Watch provide displays which clearly highlight
potential problem areas before they start exposing you to expensive penalties.
You can quickly identify any “job” that need your attention and be shown
all the key information about it which you must have in order to deal with
the situation. You can also easily assess the impact of delaying its completion
by any amount of time you wish to estimate.
If work on the job can be halted for reasons agreed in the SLA, the system
can provide a simple means to do so and automatically deduct the “paused” period(s)
from the overall time. The clear audit trail for such occurrences enables
you and your client easily to establish their propriety.
A number of output formats are provided to enable a more overall or in depth
examination of performance. Apart from the built-in analysis suite (including
selection of records, display, cross-tabulations, frequencies etc.) data
can be directly shared with other applications such as Excel, Access, Crystal
and so on.
